How does the trial work
Pick a plan, add a card, and 8 credits land on your card. For 14 days you are not charged. On day 15 your plan starts, your monthly charge goes through, and your full monthly credits load. Cancel before day 15 from your Card tab and you are never charged.
What happens to credits I do not use
Some roll over. Social carries up to 2, Explorer carries up to 6, Insider carries up to 15 into the next month. Rolled credits last one month. Credits are part of your membership, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or applied to a bill.
Why does the same thing cost different credits at different restaurants
Because each restaurant prices its own items. A pour at one place might be one credit and two at another. The number is always on the listing before you book.
Can I change plans
Yes, from your Card tab. Moving up takes effect right away with the new credits loaded. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next month.
How do I cancel
From your Card tab, the same place you signed up. Your credits stay usable until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I need the app
No. Everything works here on the web. The app adds arrival check-in and receipt upload from your phone, and your number signs you into both.
Do restaurants mark down their menu for this
No. Restaurants never mark down their menu. Your credits cover a set item in the hours the restaurant chooses to open to members. Everything else you order is at the price on the menu.
